HAND
OPERATED CABLE WINDER
The HW100 Hand
Winder provides a simple and cost effective method of
winding and accurately measuring cable onto coils or
drums.
The standard unit
is supplied complete with a coiling head reproducing a
neat, bound coil (saving the additional cost of a
drum), a metric linear measuring meter and a small
drum mounting shaft.
A measuring meter
is mounted on a traversing device enabling the
operator to layer the cable neatly giving a more
professional appearance to despatch drums and coils.
To
facilitate the loading of stock drums the optional
payout module is fitted to the rear of the machine,
thus making the machine an all in one winder and
payout.
The PA100
payout module combines a drum roller frame and two
removable drum stanchions with detachable drum loading
axle. The stock drum is simply rolled up the entrance
ramp onto the rollers. Stanchions and axle are used
with damaged drums.
The module
is hinged to enable the unit to be folded for storage
and transportation.
